The info centre located in the Zupančič homestead has been founded with the desire to inform people about the meaning of keeping our environment clean. The centre opened in the framework of »The Black Olm« project with the purpose of informing the public about the ecological sensitivity of the area populated by this extremely endangered cave species unique to this area. The info centre is a useful resource for numerous target groups. Experts perform various analyses in the covered tent where the bursting Karst spring is located. Different events organised by the Zupančič family invite visitors to eat organic and healthy food, while keeping in mind the meaning of clean nature conservation. For individual visitors and school groups, this is often the first point of contact when it comes to obtaining information about the black olm and the cave environment. The info centre also organises various activities with one common goal – preserving clean nature.
